Version: 2.1.0 — Last Updated: March 15, 2026
VedaStack LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Manifestory mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using Manifestory, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
When you create an account, we collect:
Available authentication methods are displayed in the App and may change over time. When you authenticate through a third-party identity provider (such as Google or Apple), we do not store your password — authentication is handled entirely by that provider.
To provide our core service, we collect:
If you participate in community features, we collect:
Community posts automatically expire and become inaccessible after 48 hours. Posts that receive 3 or more reports from other users are automatically hidden from the feed. Expired and hidden posts are no longer visible to any user.
If you subscribe to Manifestory after your free trial, payment is processed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We store:
We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by RevenueCat and app stores.
We extract anonymized benchmark data from completed journeys to:
What benchmark data includes: Completion rates, daily feeling patterns (by relative day number only — no calendar dates), action completion patterns, evidence-logging frequency, streak lengths, meditation and audio usage counts, coaching engagement metrics, and — if you completed a journey — your closing feeling and next intention (short free-text responses from the end-of-journey reflection).
Privacy safeguards:
We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
We do not process sensitive personal information beyond date of birth (used solely for age verification) and optional emotional check-in data that you voluntarily provide as part of the core service.
Manifestory uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience:
Powered by Anthropic's Claude API:
Your manifestation text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Powered by ElevenLabs API:
Text content for spoken affirmations is sent to ElevenLabs for audio synthesis. Breathing guidance audio uses fixed, generic phrases (not personalized content) that are cached and shared across all users — no personal data is sent to ElevenLabs for this feature. ElevenLabs' use of data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App:
| Provider | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and authentication | Account data, all app data |
| OAuth authentication | Email, profile (if using Google sign-in) | |
| Anthropic | AI features (text processing) | Manifestation text |
| ElevenLabs | AI features (text-to-speech) | Affirmation text |
| RevenueCat | Payment and subscription processing | Email, subscription status |
| Apple | OAuth authentication | Email, name (if using Sign in with Apple) |
| Expo | Push notifications | Device push tokens |
We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or government request.
If VedaStack LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
This section satisfies the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) regarding the sale and sharing of personal information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you services.
Journey data lifecycle: When you complete a 30-day manifestation journey, the detailed journey data (daily logs, actions, evidence entries, weekly reflections, coaching summaries) remains available until you start a new journey or until an automatic cleanup period following completion. At that point, this detailed data is permanently deleted. Before deletion, we extract fully anonymized benchmark data (described in Section 2.2) that cannot be linked back to you. Only aggregate lifetime counters (such as total journeys completed) remain associated with your account. This approach minimizes the personal data we retain while still allowing us to provide community insights.
You may delete your account and personal data at any time using the Delete Account option in the App's Settings screen. This is a self-service, two-step confirmation process that takes effect immediately. You may also request deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, we will:
Compliance audit log: When data is deleted (whether through journey completion, account deletion, or automatic cleanup), we record a deletion event in an internal audit log. This log retains your user ID, the type of deletion performed, and a count of records deleted — but does not contain the content of your manifestations, journal entries, or other personal content. This audit trail is maintained for legal compliance, security, and fraud prevention purposes and is accessible only to authorized administrators.
After account deletion, we retain anonymized, aggregate data indefinitely for statistical and benchmarking purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you and includes only statistical metrics (e.g., completion rates, average streaks).
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event that we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal data, we will:
Regardless of your location, we provide the following rights as a matter of good practice:
You can view all your data within the App (manifestations, daily logs, reflections, evidence entries, settings). You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format by contacting us at [email protected].
You can update your manifestation content, evidence entries, and settings directly in the App. For corrections to account information (such as email address), contact us at [email protected].
You may delete your account and all associated data directly in the App via Settings > Delete Account. Alternatively, you may email [email protected].
You may request that we restrict or cease processing your personal data for certain purposes. If we are processing your data based on legitimate interests, you may object to such processing by contacting us. We will cease processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
You can control push notification preferences in the App settings or disable notifications through your device settings.
You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by deleting your account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We will acknowledge rights requests within 7 days and fulfill them within 30 days. If we need additional time due to the complexity of a request, we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for the delay.
Manifestory is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

Your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States, using infrastructure provided by our service providers (see Section 4.1). We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.
Note: We do not currently offer services in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). If you are located in the EU/EEA, please do not use this App. Notwithstanding this geographic restriction, we provide data subject rights (described in Section 7) to all users as a matter of good practice.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Major changes (MAJOR version bump) will require your explicit consent before you can continue using the App.
