New users receive a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all App features.
After the free trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency will be displayed in the App before purchase.
All payments are processed securely through RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By subscribing, you agree to:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
Refund policies are governed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not provide direct refunds outside of app store policies, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will provide advance notice.
"User Content" refers to all content you create, submit, or display through the App, including:

"Manifestory," "VedaStack," and associated logos are trademarks of VedaStack LLC. You may not use these marks without our written consent.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Content in the App (including AI-generated content) is for informational and motivational purposes only.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
AI-powered features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate content.
AI-powered features within the App — including but not limited to text generation, content analysis, personalized recommendations, audio synthesis, and any future AI capabilities — use third-party models. You acknowledge and agree that:

By using Manifestory, you acknowledge that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEDASTACK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARM, DAMAGE, OR LOSS ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INACCURATE INFORMATION, INAPPROPRIATE SUGGESTIONS, CONTENT THAT FAILS TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR ANY ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VedaStack LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account using the Delete Account option in the App's Settings, or by contacting us at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue using the App until the end of your current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Boulder County, Colorado, or remotely if mutually agreed.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Major changes that affect your rights (indicated by a MAJOR version bump, e.g., 1.x.x to 2.x.x) will require your explicit consent before you can continue using the App.
Your continued use of the App after minor changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VedaStack LLC regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic, internet outages).
